   Location

abadin a Hawkesbury B & B , a modern boutique B & B in an excellent location  - with view and access to the Ottawa River. We chose this location in L'Orignal - Hawkesbury because of the proximity to two of our Canadian major cities. Our abadin B & B is right between Ottawa and Montreal on Hwy 17. Also just an hour North of the US border and a stones throw from the bridge over the Ottawa River to Quebec.

Trash and Treasure 2011
Saturday, June 4:

The eleventh edition of the popular town-wide yard sale in Vankleek Hill takes place on Saturday, June 4 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Organized by the Vankleek Hill Business and Merchant Association, the event draws thousands of bargain-hunters and many vendors, too.

For this day only, Champlain Township waives the requirement for a garage sale permit and everyone in town can hold a yard sale on his or her property and can invite out-of-town friends or organizations to come to town and set up shop to sell, sell, sell!

Vendors seeking a spot from which to sell their wares can call toll-free to 1-877-678-3327, extension 1002 to pre-book their spot. A spot costs just $20 and vendors should bring their own tables. Parking lots along Main Street and High Street will be filled with vendors and as Trash and Treasure aficionados know, the wheeling and dealing starts as soon as the sun is up!
